Placing Your Order

Ordering from Bert couldn't be any easier! Simply click on the product you wish to buy. When the page loads, press the 'Add to Cart' button, and one will go into your shopping bag.

To edit and view your order before buying, click the shopping basket icon in the top right of the screen. This will take you to your bag where you can remove items if you've changed your mind, and up the quantity using the '+' button.

You then can confirm and purchase your order. Once your order has been placed, you will see a confirmation page with all the details.

If you're worried that your order hasn't gone through, simply pop me an email and I will sort it out for you.

Oops! Changing Your Order

If there's something wrong with your order - that you didn't mean to buy, that you forgot to put in your cart or is the wrong quantity - please get in touch and let me know as soon as possible. 

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to the order.

If you forgot to add an item, please place a new order with that item and email me to let me know that you'd like them to go out together. In that case I will refund the second postage charge and send them out altogether to save you a few pennies!

Scratch That. I Need to Cancel!

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot cancel it. If you need to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched you will receive a full refund and notice of your cancelled order.

Will My Order Look the Same As It Does On Screen?

Every effort is put into making sure the photos you see are close to life. This is why all products are photographed from lots of different angles so you get a sense of size, colour and shape.

Slight variations may occur, especially with handmade or hand illustrated products. Each product is unique because it's made from scratch, but we like to think that's part of the appeal!
